The operationalization of a future-fit orientation starts at the very top – within the management body. All levels should be met and involved in a transparent way. Following a strategy development process, this one question had to be asked, even for a completely overfilled everyday life: What can be deleted without replacement? And which impact will this have further down the line? In order to exercise this way of thinking, old patterns were broken up and questioned.
This organization was re-aligned and then – in detail – made fit for the future. “Omission” workshops were implemented and, for example, in-house “Trained facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, method and materials, PSA” got educated.
A new kind of efficiency was created, one lives the zeitgeist that such a company needs. We say: Let’s play, let’s stay serious.
